Food manufacturing has an impact on the environment, and that’s why responsibility is built into our business. Our climate accounts follow the GHG Protocol, and we’re implementing ISO 14001 environmental management across our production sites. Since 2016, we’ve cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 56%, while waste, water and packaging are strictly mananaged in line with EU rules and regulations. No matter whether they\u2019re in our adminstration offices, production sites or in our supply chain, people matter. We follow Orkla\u2019s Code of Conduct, Sedex and EcoVadis standards to ensure fair working conditions. We won\u2019t tolerate any form of abuse, which is why our grievance mechanism, Speak2Us, is open to all stakeholders, just as Orkla\u2019s Whistleblower platform is available for inquiries. Our EHS program aims for zero workplace accidents with regular audits and training. EU aims for 25% organic farming and food consumption by 2030. Today, the EU average is 9%. As members of Organic Denmark, the leading <\/span>organisation<\/span> of interest in organic agriculture and food production in Denmark, we are determined to be part of the development. 25% of our export volume is organic, and we prioritize local raw materials like Danish oats and rapeseed, sourcing as close to home as possible.
