About Dragsbæk Thisted
This is where Dragsbæk was founded back in 1923. More than 100 years later, we produce everything within yellow fats and vegetable oils. Our expertise lies within butter, butter blends and margarines for professional bakery and industrial food production as well as retail and private label production. With cutting edge technology like fully automated palletizing and large scale bulk production, we deliver quality, flexibility and speed in every batch.
Our own test bakery
At Dragsbæk Thisted, we have our own test bakery run by professional bakers and technical experts. They develop and test products and recipes for bakeries and large-scale food production, to ensure that our customers harvest the full potential of bakery products like Danish pastry, croissants, pain au chocolat and brioche.
